What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — if you want it shipped — your delivery address.

We also receive the artwork and any text you upload for your design.

Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

To make and deliver your order, send you a design proof, and contact you if there is a question about your artwork or sizing.

To keep a record of the order for our own accounting and for any warranty or reprint questions later.

Who we share it with

Stripe, which processes the payment.

The shipping carrier (usually USPS) when your order is shipped.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Your artwork

Artwork you upload is stored so we can produce your order and any reorders you place later.

We do not use, sell, or display your logo or design for anything other than making your order — unless you give us permission to show it as an example of our work.

You are responsible for having the right to use any artwork you send us.

How long we keep it

Order records and artwork are kept so reorders are easy and so we can help if something goes wrong.

If you want your information or artwork deleted, email or call us and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Your in-progress order is saved in your own browser so you do not lose your work if you refresh the page. That stays on your device.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch.
