Pricing

Decoration starts at $15 per item to put your design or logo on a garment. The cost of the garment itself is additional.

If you do not have a production-ready file, digitizing is a one-time $20 fee per design. We keep the file, so reorders of that same design are not charged again.

Orders over 50 items receive a 10% discount.

Washington sales tax is added at checkout.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof, normally within 2–3 business days of your order.

Production starts after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, colors, sizing, and placement carefully — we make what is on the approved proof.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush is 3–5 business days for an extra $5 per item.

Turnaround starts when the proof is approved, not when the order is placed. Large orders may take longer; we will tell you if that is the case.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order for a full refund any time before you approve the proof.

Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled — custom decorated goods cannot be resold.

Returns and problems

If an item arrives damaged or the decoration does not match your approved proof, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or errors that were present on the approved proof.

Your artwork and rights

By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it.

We do not reproduce trademarked or licensed logos without proof of authorization, and we may decline an order on those grounds. If we decline, you get a full refund.

If artwork cannot be printed or stitched well (very low resolution, tiny text, heavy gradients) we will contact you to sort it out before production.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping is calculated at checkout and normally ships USPS. Local pickup is available at our Vancouver, WA shop.

Once a package leaves our shop, delivery timing is up to the carrier.
