Stitched, not printed. Embroidery is thread sewn into the fabric, so it does not crack, peel or wash out the way a print eventually can. It is what you want on anything a customer or an employee is going to wear hard — hats, polos, work jackets, beanies.
What we embroider
- Hats — flat brim, trucker and flex fit.
- Polos and button-downs, for staff and for anyone who needs to look put together.
- Work jackets and soft-shells.
- Knit cuffed beanies.
- Hoodies and sweatshirts, where a stitched chest logo outlasts a print.
What it costs
- Decoration starts at $15 per item. The garment itself is priced separately, so you are only ever paying for the blank plus the work.
- If you do not already have an embroidery-ready file, digitizing is a one-time $20 per design — not per item, and not again on your reorders.
- Orders over 50 pieces of the same design take 10% off.
- There is no minimum. One hat is a real order.
How long it takes
- A design proof comes back to you within 2–3 business days, before anything is stitched.
- Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days.
- Rush is 3–5 business days for $5 more per item. Tight deadline? Call and ask — we would rather tell you honestly than miss it.
Bringing us a logo
- Send whatever you have. A vector file is ideal, but a clear PNG or JPG is usually plenty to work from.
- Embroidery needs a digitized file — a stitch map, not a picture. If you do not have one, we make it once for $20 and it is yours for every order after.
- Not sure your logo will work stitched? Call us. Fine detail and very small text are the usual problems, and it is better to find out before you order.

- Do you have a minimum order for embroidery?
- No. You can order a single hat or polo. Orders over 50 pieces of the same design get 10% off.
- What is digitizing and do I need it?
- Embroidery machines need a stitch file, not an image. If you do not already have one for your logo, we create it once for a one-time $20 fee. You do not pay it again on reorders.
- How long does custom embroidery take?
- Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after you approve the proof, and proofs go out within 2–3 business days. Rush service is 3–5 business days for an extra $5 per item.
- Can you embroider a garment I already own?
