Custom T-Shirt Printing in Vancouver, WA
DTG prints your design straight into the shirt, the way an inkjet prints onto paper. That means full colour and photographic detail with no screen setup — which is why one shirt costs about what one shirt should, instead of carrying the cost of a screen you only used once.
What we print on
- T-shirts, the bread and butter.
- Hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts.

- Anything else you bring us that will take ink — ask.
What it costs
- Printing starts at $15 per item, plus the garment. That covers a small front print and a big back print.
- A second large print is $10 more, so a big front and a big back together comes to $22.50.
- Extra designs beyond that are $5 for a small one and $10 for a large one.
- Prints up to 12 inches are included. Beyond that it is $2 per inch, up to a maximum of 16" x 19".
- Over 50 pieces of the same design takes 10% off.
Why DTG instead of screen printing
- No screens means no setup fee and no minimum, so small runs are actually affordable.
- Full colour and gradients cost the same as one colour. A photograph is no harder than a logo.
- It is the right choice for short runs, one-offs, and designs with a lot of colour. For very large runs of a simple one-colour design, call and we will tell you honestly if something else suits you better.
Getting your design right
- Upload your artwork in the design studio, put it where you want it on the garment, and see it before you buy.
- Higher resolution prints better. If your file is small or blurry, we will tell you before we print rather than after.

- Is there a minimum order for shirt printing?
- No minimum and no setup fees. One shirt is fine. Orders over 50 pieces of the same design get 10% off.
- How much does a printed t-shirt cost?
